I help international professionals speak clearly and fluently under pressure, so they can contribute fully in fast-moving conversations without freezing, overthinking, or losing their authentic voice.

My coaching is based on Business English as a Lingua Franca (BELF) and a neurodiversity-aware, structured approach that reduces cognitive load and builds real-time communication skills.

Rather than focusing on theory, we work on the moments that matter most: meetings, presentations, interviews, and fast-paced discussions where clarity is essential.

You bring your real workplace scenarios (updates, slides, and communication challenges) and we turn them into practical, repeatable communication patterns. Together, we identify where communication gets stuck and build strategies to handle those moments with more ease and control.

Through focused sessions, micro-practice, and realistic rehearsal, you learn to stay present, think clearly, and express your ideas naturally in high-pressure situations.

Originally from Bulgaria and now based in England, I understand the mental load of working in a second language and the frustration of not always being able to express your full expertise. Having lived and worked in different countries, I combine professional knowledge with lived experience to help you communicate with clarity and confidence.

Between Sessions: Applied Practice
You’ll complete short, targeted tasks between sessions to reinforce what you’ve learned.

Mariya’s lessons have been extremely helpful for me.
