FluencyUP™

FluencyUP™ is a 12-week small group programme for international professionals and adults who already use English but lose clarity, speed, or confidence when the pressure rises. It is not a traditional language class. It is a practical, performance-based system for building clear, confident, automatic communication in real-time situations, with personalised support built into every week.

Each week includes a 100-minute live group session focused on interaction, discussion, and realistic workplace communication, as well as on other high-stakes situations where clear, confident speaking matters. Sessions combine context-driven speaking activities, targeted language input, emergent language work, and communication analysis and feedback to help learners build real-time fluency and control. Tailored to their individual context and needs, learners work toward their own goals while the group provides a supportive, structured environment for practising live communication in a safe space.

Learners also receive a 20-minute 1:1 session for personalised feedback, progress checks, and targeted support, making the programme highly personalised even within a group format.

Between sessions, learners complete 3 to 5 short micro practice tasks (5 to 10 minutes each) based on their real-life scenarios. This applied practice helps them test the skills they learn in real situations, reflect on what works, and transfer them to broader professional and other high-stakes communication contexts.

Across the 12 weeks, learners move through three phases:

• Foundations (Weeks 1–3): reducing overthinking, building awareness, and developing core fluency techniques.
• Acceleration (Weeks 4–8): handling pressure, interruptions, unexpected questions, and complex communication.
• Integration (Weeks 9–12): applying skills directly to real workplace tasks, meetings, and high-stakes communication moments.

By the end of the programme, participants communicate with clearer expression, better delivery, and more intentional communication. They show greater presence and control in fast or high-pressure situations, stop overthinking, and participate more actively. They express their ideas in ways that reflect their authentic selves and feel more visible and effective in their roles. They improve real-time communication skills, including the ability to think, speak, adapt, and respond naturally in fast, unpredictable situations, which supports both workplace communication and other formal or high-stakes contexts where clear speaking matters. They notice and understand their own communication patterns, apply new strategies in real situations, and leave with a personalised, sustainable system for continuous improvement they can use independently.
